B.A. in French and Education: Sacred Heart College
M.A. in French Literature: University of Kansas
Experience
I taught undergraduate French classes at the University of New Orleans and the University of Kansas as well as junior high and high school level French classes. Prior to this, I travelled to France on a Fulbright Teaching Assistantship.
Enough about my past.
A couple of nights a week, I'm with folks like you teaching class. Most evenings, I'm juggling pots, pans, knives and such about the kitchen. Like you, I enjoy reading and journaling. Though my knitting is not as good as my French I still enjoy two needles in each hand. I always plan on visiting France once a year, but have been known to explore other countries. If I'm not indoors, I'm outdoors in the water swimming or on land hiking or biking.
